Byronwaves Photography Package Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography and videography packages booked through Byronwaves.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received in full or as otherwise agreed in writing by Byronwaves.

By making payment, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2. Photography Package Inclusions

Photography packages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Water photography

  • Land photography

  • Drone photography and videography

  • Lifestyle photography

  • Video clips and highlight reels

  • Online gallery delivery

  • Digital downloads

Package inclusions may vary depending on the trip, event, or service booked.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required prior to the commencement of the trip, retreat, event, or photography service.

Failure to make payment by the required date may result in cancellation of the booking without notice.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

All photography package payments are strictly non-refundable.

Upon booking, Byronwaves reserves photography coverage capacity, allocates resources, schedules staff, and incurs business costs associated with the delivery of photography and videography services. For this reason, all payments made are final and cannot be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Client cancellation

  • Change of travel plans

  • Injury or illness

  • Medical emergencies

  • Flight cancellations or delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Personal circumstances

  • Failure to attend the trip, event, or service

Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, illness, injury, and associated non-refundable expenses.

5. Trip or Event Cancellation

If a trip, retreat, event, or photography experience is cancelled, postponed, interrupted, or shortened due to circumstances beyond Byronwaves' control, including but not limited to:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Government restrictions

  • Travel disruptions

  • Acts of God

  • Third-party operator cancellations

Photography package payments remain non-refundable.

Where possible, Byronwaves may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit, transfer, or alternative arrangement. Any such offer is not guaranteed and does not create an obligation to provide a refund.

6. Travel Insurance

Byronwaves strongly recommends that all clients purchase appropriate travel insurance.

Clients acknowledge that travel insurance is their primary means of recovering non-refundable costs arising from trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Delivery of Images and Media

Byronwaves will make reasonable efforts to deliver photographs and video content within the estimated delivery timeframe communicated to clients.

Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary depending on travel schedules, editing requirements, weather conditions, and operational circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to capture and preserve photographic and video content, Byronwaves shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including equipment failure, environmental conditions, acts of nature, or events that prevent the creation or delivery of imagery.

In any event, Byronwaves' liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the photography package.

9. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of an invoice, deposit, booking fee, or photography package fee constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions prior to making payment.
